After your payment, you will receive an email confirming your registration. If you do not receive it, please contact us by e-mail torax2019@interevent.com.br The registration will be considered effective only after the conference of the category indicated by the participant.

REGISTRATION RULES:

The deadline for sending the documents will be May 10th, 2019.
In case of failure of sending the documents listed below, the registration will be pending.
Non-Associates Doctors: It is imperative to send the copy of CRM to prove the category.
Associates:It is necessary to send the proof of membership with the annual annuity in effect.
Academics: It is imperative to attach a document proving the situation.

ATTENTION: Only the following documents will be accepted:

  • Student card (front and back);
  • Declaration of registration or frequency signed and stamped by the educational institution or work company;
  • Proof of payment of the current semester of the educational institution.

The inscription does not entitle to any scientific events within the convention center and congress material.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notices of cancellation, withdrawal or refund must be sent in writing to the Congress Secretariat, by email: torax2019@interevent.com.br, with bank details for the refund. A cancellation fee of 20% over the registration fee will be charged. Cancellation requests will only be accepted until 03/15/2018.

After this date, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

Registration will be refunded after the congress.
